Adv. Koby Tsarfaty, C.P.A., who did his apprenticeship at the late Dr. Avi Alter, is the managing partner of Tsarfaty & Co. Law Office. Adv. Tsarfaty is a specialist in the fields of income tax, value added tax, land taxation, international taxation, trusts, including maintaining family capital, and has considerable experience in representing clients vis á vis the tax authorities throughout the country, both in civil proceedings and in criminal proceedings, including arrangements for voluntary disclosure . He represents and accompanies, inter alia, holders of capital, foreign residents, new immigrants and returning residents from Europe, the US and Canada. Adv. Tsarfaty has been a certified public accountant for over 25 years; formerly – an employee of the Ministry of Finance, the Income Tax and Value Added Tax Division, a partner in an accounting firm, manager of the Tax Department of the Haifa branch of the BDO Ziv Haft firm, and until the beginning of 2014 the manager of the Haifa
branch of the Alter – Law Office. In addition, Adv. Tsarfaty inthe past lectured at higher education institutions and today is a lecturer in various forums and a member of the Tax Forum of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel. Adv. Tsarfaty is a graduate with a first degree in economics and accounting from the Haifa University, a Masters' degree in Business Administration (Executive MBA) in the Tel Aviv University and a First Degree in Law from the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center and in addition has a license as an American CPA (State of Delaware). Member of the Bar Association and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel and in the US.

Dr. Lior Davidai is a specialist in the fields of income tax, value added tax, land tax, not-for-profit organizations taxation, taxation of financial instruments, taxation of options and taxation of future contracts.
Dr. Lior Davidai has a Doctorate in Law from the Faculty of Law of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, in the subject of the timing of the creation of a tax event. In addition, he has a second degree MBA – Business Administration (Finance and Accounting) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Dr. Lior Davidai has over 20 years' experience in representing clients at the Tax Authority, including in criminal proceedings. Dr. Davidai worked in the past in the Jerusalem District Attorney's Office.
Dr. Lior Davidai has served as a lecturer for over 20 years in courses in the field of tax law and contract law and today is the Academic Coordinator for Tax and Business at the Sha'arei Mishpat Academic Center; in the past at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, the Tel Aviv University, the Haifa University and the Herzliya Interdisciplinary
Center, the Management College – Academic Track, at the Carmel Academic Center, the Technion and the Jerusalem College of Technology. In addition, he serves as an active lecturer at various scientific workshops. In addition, Dr. Davidai publishes various academic articles and periodicals.
Adv. Oren Gino who was a trainee at the Tel Aviv District Attorney – Fiscal Department, is a litigation partner. Adv. Gino has considerable experience in representing and litigating tax cases, including income tax, land tax, value added tax and customs, white collar and commercial law for individuals and companies. In addition he has experience in the field of municipal taxation, property tax (indirect damage – war compensation). Adv. Gino
handles and represents complex tax files from both the civil and criminal aspects, both in the stage of legal negotiations and in the stages of investigations and pre-trials.
Adv. Oren Gino (C.P.A) has a first degree in Law and Second Degree in Law in the Business and Commercial
Trend. In addition, he is a graduate of the Haifa University in Economics and Accounting and has a second degree (MBA) from the Management School of the Haifa University in the fields of Management of Real Estate and Real Estate Assessing.

Adv. Ron Tsarfaty (C.P.A) is specialist in the field of income tax, value added tax and international taxation.
Adv. Tsarfaty in addition has been been a certified public accountant since 2012 and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.
He has a first degree in the Dual Legal and Accounting Track from the Tel Aviv University.
Adv. Ron Tsarfaty is graduate of the PWC Accounting Firm in Israel (Kesselman & Kesselman) and of the legal firm of Yigal Arnon & Co. In addition, he has experience in academic teaching in the field of taxation in Israel.
